We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Intern to join our Finance team, based in Venice. The candidate will support the team in managing accounts payable activities, contributing to the accuracy of accounting records and the smooth execution of monthly and annual closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the registration and processing of supplier invoices for different business areas, including Fleet, Utilities, Retail, Legal and General & Administrative expenses.
- Assist in managing supplier master data, including the creation and maintenance of supplier records.
- Support the registration of non-core supplier invoices.
- Assist with monthly closing activities, including the monitoring of open supplier items and the reconciliation of supplier advances.
- Support the preparation of accounting checks and reconciliations required for monthly and annual financial closing.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English.

Offer

- 6-month full-time internship.
