Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room,
