Sales & Admin Assistant - Part time (60%)

Your key responsibilities : Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, your main mission will be to provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support by independently managing and supporting sales & administration operational processes.
Manage public procurement procedures, compliant with Italian laws (e-commerce).
Process letter of credit to assure MTS of receiving funds upon fulfillment of terms of the trade agreement.
Manage and maintain customer portals with legal documents (Kpi, Insurance, Quality Certificates, financial data, IT...).
Manage Bank Warranties with the Italian Bank and follow it.
Support Sales/Service dept. with Customer T&C; analysis (approvals, clauses, risks...).
Support electronic invoices management.
