What You'll Do

• Respond to customer questions through the available support channels
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance
• Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
• Keep customer information and case details accurately documented
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and a supportive team environment

• Italian native & B1+ English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to help
• Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and systems quickly
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but relevant transferable experience is also valued

Compensation

For international candidates: €1,050 gross/month

The all-inclusive package includes:

• Base salary
