We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Organization within the Service Hub, managing worldwide distributors as well as focused and emerging customers.
Based in our Sales Office in Novara, with a hybrid working model, you will manage a defined customer portfolio, mainly across Southern Europe and South America, reporting to the Service Hub Sales Director based in Germany.

Your responsibilities
- Manage and develop a defined portfolio of international customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
- Analyze market potential, trends and competitive dynamics
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to annual sales planning
- Manage sales volumes, product mix and pricing
- Support customers in defining technical requirements
- Coordinate technical and commercial proposals with our international teams
- Conduct price and contract negotiations in line with Group guidelines

What you bring
- Technical educational background, or business studies combined with technical knowledge

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Sales Back Office or Product Management within a technical B2B environment
- Strong customer orientation and a hands-on mindset
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent English; German is considered a plus

- Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €35.000 – €40.000
- Short-Term Incentive: target €4.000 gross/year
