Role Summary Are you looking to kick-start an exciting international career path right in the heart of Portugal? We are currently seeking customer-focused professionals who speak fluent Italian to join our vibrant, multicultural team operating in Lisbon. Positioned as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking consumers, you will handle diverse inquiries coming in through telephone, email correspondence, and instant messaging systems. This position is ideal for adaptable problem solvers who excel within a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
Core Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Manage incoming inquiries from Italian clients via phone, email, and live digital chat using a warm, professional, and solution-driven communication style.
Issue Diagnostics: Analyze customer difficulties to identify root causes and deliver fast, customized resolutions tailored to each individual situation.
Documentation:



Accurately log profile details, customer inquiries, action steps, and resolution notes inside enterprise CRM databases.
Target Management: Consistently hit key operational targets, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT) metrics.
Ongoing Learning: Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching sessions to remain fully updated on product modifications, company policies, and service workflows.
Qualifications Language Capabilities: Fluent or advanced C1/C2 capability in Italian (written, spoken, and reading comprehension); operational English competence (minimum B2 level) for internal team dialogue, software navigation, and training programs.
Shift Availability: Complete readiness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 shift schedules.
