Who we are looking for:
Safilo is looking for an International Tax Senior Specialist to join the Tax Department within the Finance Division at its Headquarters in Padova. Reporting to the International Tax Manager, she/he'll support the Group's international tax, transfer pricing, tax reporting and Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
As an International Tax Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:




- Support the preparation of the Group tax provision and tax reporting process under IFRS and local accounting standards, including current and deferred taxes
- Support the analysis and implementation of international tax regulations affecting the Group
- Provide tax support on cross-border transactions and intercompany business flows
- Coordinate and liaise with external tax advisors and local finance teams to ensure alignment on tax matters and support international tax compliance and advisory projects, across various jurisdictions including the US
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's transfer pricing policies, including transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements and year-end adjustments
- Support the Group's Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) compliance and reporting processes across relevant jurisdictions
- Support tax governance initiatives, internal control processes and tax risk management activities
- Monitor international tax develop
