The unit Group HR Digital Processes is responsible for leading the Group Digital Employee Experience roadmap and contributes to shaping target initiatives within Group People Strategy cycles in collaboration with the HR leadership team and Group IT. Within this scope, we are looking for a Group HR Digital Learning Experience & Solution Manager.



The successful candidate will report to the Head of Group HR Digital Processes and will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning digital experience and platform. S/he will be mainly accountable for: Lead the end-to-end development and management of We Learn, the global learning platform deployed to 88k employees across 40 countries, driving its continuous evolution and scalability Identify and implement areas of improvement of the digital learning experience by embedding AI-enabled solutions, capture market trends, and harmonize evolution requests from internal stakeholders to drive continuous innovation Ensure stable platform operations and enabling the delivery of Group lead upskilling / reskilling initiatives (e.g.: 30 dedicate space for local learning, 250 new skills courses, 300 Leadership & Management path) Act as business partner for the Group Academy department and serving as the primary strategic reference point in the management of strategic projects, managerial training, and learning innovation Lead and coordinate a g
