Our client is a growing consumer brand in the food and wellness space focused on expanding its digital presence and building meaningful relationships with creators and its online community. As the company continues to grow its influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs, they are seeking an execution-focused marketing professional to support the day-to-day expansion of these initiatives.

Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company’s existing Influencer Marketing Manager with the day-to-day execution and expansion of influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than a strategic leadership position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable communicating directly with creators and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
• Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors aligned with the company’s audience and brand.




• Conduct proactive creator outreach through email, Instagram DMs, talent agencies, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective creator partnerships across Instagram and TikTok.
• Evaluate prospective creators based on brand alignment, audience relevance, content quality, and partnership potential.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective partners to move opportunities forward.

Influencer & Agency Relationship Management
• Own day-to-day communication with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creator partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for creators and agencies while coordinating closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager.
