Main responsibilities: * Acquisition of new customers and development of the assigned territory * Support for partners in the purchasing process and after-sales, with a focus on sell-out * Preparation of offers and commercial proposals * Post-sales consulting and retention of acquired customers * Management of relationships with potential and consolidated customers Required skills:



* Minimum experience in the role * Car owner * VAT number or willingness to open one * Preferable experience in the beauty sector * Good knowledge of the Office package Personal skills: * Experience in direct sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit * Negotiation skills What is offered: * Fixed compensation Commissions monthly bonuses bonuses on distribution and campaigns * Single-agent contract with VAT number * Active and consolidated customer portfolio exclusively * Assigned area with development objectives * Continuous product training * Provision of tools for the activity Workplace: Salerno Availability: Tempo pieno Contract level: VAT NUMBER
