Role Description The Junior Product Developer will support the end-to-end development of new lingerie, homewear, and sleepwear products in a full-time, on-site role based in Carpi. Day-to-day activities include assisting with concept creation, researching trends and materials,
and collaborating with senior product developers and designers to refine product specifications. The role involves coordinating with production and sourcing teams, contributing to technical documentation, and helping ensure product quality and fit standards are met. The Junior Product Developer will also monitor sample development, gather feedback from internal stakeholders, and support timelines to ensure collections are delivered on schedule. This position offers the opportunity to learn the complete product lifecycle in a fast-paced, fashion-oriented environment.
