About the Role We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and people-oriented People and Culture Manager to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano .
Reporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, the People and Culture Manager will support the development and execution of the hotel's People and Culture strategy, while playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the function.
The overall objective of the role is to strengthen our culture and employee experience, ensuring that Four Seasons Milan continues to be recognized as an Employer of Choice in the destination.
