Aliaxis hires a Customer Service Operator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage end-to-end orders for the domestic market from Casella, Italy. You will partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Finance to deliver accurate information, timely deliveries, and an outstanding customer experience.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain data accuracy in ERP systems, and drive process improvements while contributing to service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
