Responsabilità
Frame new business challenges and define analytics scope
Design innovative algorithms and data-driven models
Implement and deploy scalable AI solutions
Collaborate with clients to drive real-world impact
Prepare and present clear visualizations of complex results
Lead thought leadership and conferences on behalf of BCG X




Develop and deliver data science capabilities and solutions for climate and other topics
Requisiti fondamentali
Client-facing experience and ability to lead teams
Ability to distill complex results into simple visualizations
Explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly
Strong software development mindset and collaboration in code-based environments (DevOps experience premio)
Proven track record applying advanced analytics to business problems
Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their business implications
Strong project management skills
Fluency in Italian and English
