You will drive data-driven process improvements, audit compliance, and work with station leadership to resolve issues affecting efficiency and on-time deliveries.

You will manage a small team, deep-dive into metrics, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to define requirements and communicate status, risks, and impacts of new processes.
