Job Description

Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di specialisti Digital, Forward Media, parte Havas Media Network, è attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Digital Consultant che operi sulle attività di digital media di uno dei Gruppi del Lusso più importanti al mondo.

Responsabilità principali:

- Pianificare, gestire e ottimizzare campagne Paid Social con particolare attenzione a Meta, Tik Tok e You Tube, gestendo l’intero processo, inclusi la comprensione del brief e la definizione della strategia, la suddivisione del budget tra i fornitori di media, la creazione tempestiva del piano media, la prenotazione e/o l’impostazione sui social, le ottimizzazioni quotidiane e la reportistica;
- Assistere le richieste dei clienti, inclusi report e riunioni secondo necessità;
- Supportare il Digital Partner nelle attività quotidiane, stabilendo una collaborazione solida con il resto del team.

Requisiti di istruzione ed esperienza lavorativa:

- Minimo 1-2 anni di esperienza come Consulente Digitale;
- Conoscenza comprovata delle piattaforme di social adv (META, Tik Tok, Google Ads, ecc.) e delle pratiche di ottimizzazione;
- Esperienza con strumenti di Ad Serving e Analytics.

Competenze personali/soft skills:

- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Inglese fluente;
- Capacità di rispettare le scadenze mantenendo un atteggiamento positivo e fornendo un servizio clienti esemplare;
- Mentalità analitica e attenzione ai dettagli con attitudine al problem solving;
- Interesse personale per il settore Beauty/Fashion Luxury come valore aggiunto.

Fascia retributiva (retribuzione annua lorda):



€ 25.000- € 30.000

Il pacchetto retributivo proposto è determinato in base a criteri oggettivi e trasparenti, e tiene conto dei requisiti richiesti, complessità del ruolo, riferimenti di mercato ed equilibrio interno.
