We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer who is eager to grow in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution of our platforms, supporting process automation and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for both modern architectures and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release speed and quality.
- Manage automation, configuration, and orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Pipelines, ARM templates, Terraform).
- Support the migration and modernization of legacy platforms.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Contribute to defining Dev Ops best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
- 2/ 3 of previous experience in a Dev Ops role
- Good knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (pipelines, repos, artifacts)
- Experience with CI/CD and release automation
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Power Shell, Bash, or Python)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (ARM templates, Terraform, or similar)
- Basic understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Dev Ops security practices (e.g., secret management, code scanning)




- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration mindset

Permanent Contract CCNL Commercio

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from € 38.000, determined on the basis of objective and transparent criteria, including professional experience gained, specialized technical skills, the level of autonomy and responsibility required, and alignment with the company's compensation and job classification framework
