- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to the Italian context.
- Manage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes.
- Design and deliver targeted employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management,
and organizational design for the Italian region.
