OverviewAs Head of Commodity, you will define and drive the sourcing and AVL strategy to secure cost competitiveness and reliable supply. You will lead Commodity Managers, align sourcing with the tech roadmap, and push value through targeted cost reductions and supplier optimization. You will own RFx/RFQ and pricing governance, manage supplier lifecycles, and steer contracts and commercial agreements. You will monitor market trends, coordinate with R&D;, and champion digital tools to streamline procurement. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role shaping sourcing excellence and supply chain resilience.

Define and execute sourcing and AVL strategy; optimize supplier baseLead Commodity Managers and align activities with business/tech roadmapDrive cost savings via structured initiatives and cost analysisOwn RFx/RFQ processes, pricing management and trend monitoringLead supplier lifecycle management including onboarding, performance reviews, escalationsNegotiate contracts including ODM/JDM partnerships and cost optimizationMonitor market and technology trends; align with R&D; roadmapsServe as focal point for supply chain topics and escalation managementManage material-related activities: demand monitoring,



lead-time reduction, multi-source allocation, KPIsDefine targets and report savings, pipeline, and RTCEnsure supplier compliance with policiesMaintain procurement tools; drive digitalization and automation initiativesBuild and mentor the Commodity team

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering; MBA is a plus10+ years’ experience in procurement7 years’ strategic sourcing experience; influence business strategy and vendor relations5 years’ experience in leading cross-divisional teamsStrong influencing and negotiation skillsProven cost-saving track record; diversification of supply chainExperience developing and implementing sourcing processes and toolsLong-standing experience in commodity and supplier managementSuperior cross-functional and cross-cultural communicationProactive, multitasking, cross-functional coordinationExperience in electronics manufacturing environmentFluent in EnglishInfluencing and stakeholder managementNegotiation and relationship buildingCross-functional collaborationStrategic sourcingSupplier managementRFx/RFQ processes
