La persona ideale ha le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nel ruolo (solo settore borse)
- Ottime doti di montaggio a banco
- Necessaria la totale autonomia in tutte le lavorazioni di montaggio
- Capacità di lettura del cartamodello
- Conoscenza delle principali costruzioni di borse
