Who are we looking forAre you an experienced production leader passionate about managing people, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager – Molding to lead our Molding operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational performance are achieved while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role,



you will be responsible for leading a large production organization, coordinating cross‑functional teams, monitoring key manufacturing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of people. You will play a key role in a strategic phase of organizational growth and transformation, helping to further strengthen production processes, team effectiveness, and operational performance.
Your new role
- Lead the Molding department, ensuring the achievement of production volume, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Manage and develop a production organization of approximately 70 employees across continuous shift operations.
- Coordinate key functions within the department, including Production Planning, Quality, Documentation, Shift Leaders, and Production Supervisors.
- Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, productivity, and operational efficiency.
