Professional responsible for ensuring the safe design and operation of industrial facilities by performing technical safety studies, risk assessments, and compliance activities in accordance with international standards and project requirements.

- Perform technical safety engineering activities throughout all phases of industrial projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate safety requirements into plant design.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international safety standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Support engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational teams on process and technical safety matters.
- Develop and review technical safety deliverables, including Hazard Identification (HAZID), HAZOP, SIL assessments, Fire & Gas detection philosophies, Fire Protection studies, and Escape, Evacuation & Rescue (EER) analyses.
- Prepare and review safety philosophies,



risk assessments, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Participate in safety workshops, design reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Support commissioning and operational activities through risk analysis, incident investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Safety Engineer in the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of international safety standards and methodologies, including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/LOPA, Fire & Gas Systems, Fire Protection, and Risk Assessment.
