Overview As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you will translate customer needs into data-driven solutions that impact enterprise localization and AI-powered translation products. You'll work across data science, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to uncover opportunities, build models and dashboards, and deploy analytics that drive measurable business outcomes. This role combines hands-on modeling with stakeholder communication to deliver reusable data capabilities. You'll engage directly with customers to understand objectives and deliver tailored insights that scale.

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to define data-driven problems and objectives
Identify data sources and conduct exploratory analysis to uncover actionable insights
Develop metrics, statistical analyses, ML models, and data-driven solutions
Analyze key business indicators such as translation quality, revenue, and operational performance




Build prototypes and collaborate with engineers to deploy production solutions
Present recommendations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, AI researchers, sales, and customer teams
Stay updated on data science, ML, analytics, and applied AI
3+ years of professional data science or related experience
~ Excellent Python programming skills
~ Experience with SQL and large, complex datasets
~ Experience with data exploration, modeling, and evaluation
~ Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable problems
~ Experience defining business and product metrics to support decision-making
~ Familiarity with data pipelines, warehouses, and analytical workflows
~ Experience with a BI or data visualization tool (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Superset)
~ Project management with multiple stakeholders
~ Excellent written and spoken English
~ BSc
