As a Contract Manager, you will support Proposal and Sales teams during the offer preparation and negotiation phases, contributing to the analysis, identification, and evaluation of contractual and legal risks and adoption of mitigation actions. Additionally, you will assist Project Managers during the contract execution phase, helping to monitor contractual obligations, manage claims-related aspects, and ensure alignment with agreed terms and conditions and compliance with Italian Law.
providing clear contractual analysis and advice to sales/proposal and project manager teams on matters concerning contractual obligations, contract risk,
and claim management in collaboration with legal department;
managing daily commercial and contractual issues;
supporting, from a contractual and legal point of view, proposal/sales teams during the contract negotiation;
Managing the resolution of disputes at the pre-litigation stage and drafting settlement agreements.
Degree in Law;
At least 3 years' post-qualification experience;
Understanding of contracts' risks and potential legal and financial consequences associated therewith;
Excellent knowledge of Italian Civil Law;
Use of independent judgment in resolution of contract claim issues;
Proficiency in Italian and English;
Proven experience in complex projects, including risk assessment and claims management activities;
Knowledge of Italian Public Procurement Law.
