Summary The Field Market Access Modeller Specialist develops and adapts health economic models and generates regional-and hospital-specific HEOR evidence to support government affairs and market access activities (dossier preparation, tenders) across Italian regions.



This role combines strong technical modelling expertise with field market access support to demonstrate product value to payers and institutional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Build, adapt and validate health economic models (e.g. CUA, BIM, cost-effectiveness) using Microsoft Excel Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support regional and hospital access and tender strategies Translate clinical and economic data into clear and transparent value dossier. Adapt global HEOR models and value narratives to Italian national, regional and local needs Support regional and local market access activities, including dossier submissions and institutional discussions Collaborate with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams and present evidence to external stakeholders Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics or a related field 3–5+ years of hands‐on experience in health economic modelling and HEOR Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regional acces
