About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to combine strategic category management with operational purchasing responsibility.
Reporting to the Group Head of Strategic Procurement and local site management, you will play a key role in securing supply, optimizing costs,
managing supplier relationships, and driving value creation across the group.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Category Management
- Develop and implement the global category strategy
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate framework agreements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing developments, and supply risks.
- Lead cross‑functional sourcing initiatives and group‑wide cost optimisation projects while ensuring quality and service levels.
- Monitor category performance through KPIs, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and regular reporting to senior management.
Operational Procurement
- Ensure continuous availability of raw materials
- Manage end‑to‑end local procurement operations,
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure an efficient and reliable supply process.
