Overview As Lead Sales Engineer at Sabre, you will shape technical strategy and pre-sales engagement for high-value opportunities across EMEA. You act as a trusted advisor to customer executives while guiding cross-functional teams to align implementation work with business goals. You'll drive discovery, architecture design, and risk mitigation to enable scalable Sabre travel solutions. This role sits at the intersection of AI-enabled, cloud-native travel tech and enterprise SaaS, offering meaningful impact at scale.

Lead technical discovery, solution strategy and architecture design for complex enterprise sales pursuits
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer executives and decision-makers across EMEA
Partner with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to lead customer workshops, RFP responses and technical presentations
Identify technical risks,



system dependencies and execution considerations to ensure seamless product implementations
Mentor sales engineers, establish sales engineering best practices and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams
Use AI-enabled automation and workflow tools to streamline RFP responses, technical documentation and pre-sales discovery
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales within travel technology or enterprise SaaS
Strong expertise with travel technology, enterprise software, APIs, integrations and complex Sabre products and automations
Proven success leading solution architecture and driving technical strategy for high-value sales opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences
Professional fluency in English and at least one additional European language
