Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in organizing interviews activities with hiring managers
- Help update and maintain candidate data in HR and ATS systems
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career website content, university relations, and internship programs
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring pipelines and recruitment KPIs
