Your Role As the National Key Account Manager CLUB, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and driving the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Solution Key Accounts (SKA) across the entire nation. You will develop and manage strategic partnerships with top‐tier national accounts, ensuring alignment with Technogym's corporate objectives and market leadership. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales teams, marketing, and senior leadership to guarantee a consistent and high‐value approach to our most important clients. Your Impact Develop and execute the national strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Solution Key Accounts. Prepare, implement, and oversee the strategic plan for national customers to ensure alignment with company goals and long‐term objectives. Directly manage and cultivate strategic partnerships with the most critical national customers, fostering strong and productive relationships. Negotiate and finalize national framework agreements with national customers,



ensuring all terms are mutually beneficial and drive long‐term value. Analyze national market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth. Maximize opportunities across all key accounts by leveraging the full potential of the Technogym Wellness System (TWS), driving market penetration. Oversee the national account forecast, ensuring accurate predictions and providing insights for strategic business planning. Ensure and promote strict adherence to the Technogym cultural model, company policies, and corporate governance standards. Support, train, and empower regional Key Account teams, sharing best practices and providing strategic tools to enhance their effectiveness.
