In this role, you will drive new business development for Defense and Aviation sectors, focusing on the Defense market while scouting opportunities in Aviation. You will work with management and technical teams to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support growth at a national level. The position combines client engagement, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to expand engineering services and component development solutions. This is an opportunity to shape defense and aviation offerings within a global engineering group.

Responsabilità
- Develop new business opportunities in the Defense sector
- Identify stakeholders and decision-makers in strategic clients
- Manage commercial prospecting and relationship-building
- Promote engineering services and component development solutions
- Drive cross-selling and transversal competencies




- Forge strategic partnerships with industry players and institutions
- Collaborate with industrial and consulting partners to access projects
- Define commercial offers with Project Leaders
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Conduct scouting and business development in Aviation
- Support partnership development and new opportunities
- Manage client and partner relationships

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering (field not strictly specified)
- 2–4 years in commercial or business development roles within Defense/Aerospace/Engineering Services
- Experience managing complex clients and structured industrial environments
- Familiarity with military or aerospace commercial dynamics
- Strong commercial attitude and networking skills
- Excellent negotiation and proposal development capabilities
- Dynamic and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel 30–50% within Italy
