Define and implement the commercial strategy for domestic and international markets
Lead and develop sales teams for Italian and Export markets
Ensure achievement of sales targets and manage the commercial budget
Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors,



and international partners
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and growth markets
Manage major commercial negotiations and support competitive positioning
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership in B2B industrial environments
Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organizations
Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Fluent English; second language is advantageous
