Overview As IT&D; Manager – Factory, you drive the IT and data-led transformation of the production site, partnering with factory leadership to deploy standardised ways of working and technology. You bridge business needs with IT delivery, ensuring a stable factory IT ecosystem and a smooth user experience. Ensure IT&D; services are applied through partners to sites for a strong user experience




Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and ensure stakeholder buy-in for transformation
Monitor support services to factories, coordinate communications, and manage escalations to maintain a healthy IT ecosystem
Degree qualified or equivalent
Experience in a complex, global organisation; FMCG experience desirable but not essential (4+ years preferred)
knowledge of IT Operating Model, Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0
Project Management and Change Management skills desirable
Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable
