Overview
In this role you plan, manage, and execute Test & Commissioning activities for the project, aligning with the project strategy and local standards. You lead field T&C; work and collaborate with V&V; to define strategies for lab and field. You act as a bridge between Project Engineering, Industrial, Warranty, Partners and Customers to ensure on-time, safe delivery with quality, cost, and schedule in focus. The job offers exposure to complex projects and a chance to impact overall system readiness and safety. You will shape T&C; ways of working and contribute to a greener, smarter mobility mission.
Responsabilità
- Deliver T&C; plans, procedures, and method statements and coordinate staffing and training
- Prepare and manage field T&C; works including materials, tools, documentation, and logistics
- Ensure EHS compliance and identify issues early for escalation
- Manage T&C; team and mentor staff,



including competency assessments
- Coordinate internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial, Warranty and external interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers
- Monitor and report on QCD performance, risks and progress; issue REX and propose improvements to T&C; processes
- Organize tool calibration and manage T&C; documentation with proper defect context
- Report design-related issues in appropriate tools and ensure alignment with customer requirements
