MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Indirect Purchasing team, the role is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned procurement categories, driving both strategic sourcing initiatives and operational purchasing activities.
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Manage procurement activities for Facility Management and Auxiliary Services categories (cleaning, security, canteen, vending, waste management, landscaping, maintenance, and general services). Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business needs, ensuring cost optimization, service excellence, and compliance. Lead RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations to achieve the best balance of quality, service, cost, timing, and risk.
- Business Partnership & Coordination Collaborate with Facility Management, Real Estate, EHS, HR, Finance, Operations, Security, and Plant Management teams to understand requirements an
