As a key figure in our opening Hotel, already belonging to The Leading Hotels of the World, our Restaurants Manager manages and oversees the daily operations of the Hotel's outlets. With a passion for service and constant attention to details, this role helps ensure that every guest's experience is seamless, elegant and unforgettable. Our Restaurants Manager plays a hands‐on role in team building, service coordination, training and guest interaction, contributing to the excellence and reputation of the restaurant and the hotel overall.
Key Responsibilities




- Manage from the pre-opening all aspects of restaurants and room service operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
- Train, lead and supervise the service team, ensuring alignment with LQA standards and a guest‐centric approach.
- Manage the Sommellerie, staff scheduling, daily briefings and team development, fostering a positive and high‐performing environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to feedback or concerns, and ensure follow‐up actions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between service and culinary delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences through personalized attention and elegant interaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards and internal policies.
