Overview
In this role, you will support Corporate Performance Management initiatives using CCH Tagetik and Oracle EPM Cloud to modernize planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will bridge IT and business teams to turn requirements into scalable finance solutions and enhance data governance across the Group's platforms. You'll work on data models, integrations, and quality controls to enable accurate financial consolidation and insightful reporting. This is a hands-on role in a digitally-driven environment focused on finance transformation and continuous improvement. You'll join a global, sustainability-minded organization that values innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements
- Translate requirements into implementations on CCH Tagetik and Oracle EPM platforms
- Configure and develop Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning,



and Financial Consolidation models
- Design and implement data integration processes leveraging Tagetik AIH
- Configure Data Transformation Packages (DTPs), staging processes, data transformations, and integrations
- Implement Data Quality controls, validation processes, and reconciliation procedures
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and management reporting solutions
- Develop and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Manage Essbase multidimensional cubes and related processing activities
- Collaborate with the AMS team for governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the solutions

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of CPM, EPM, or Finance Transformation experience
- CCH Tagetik and/or Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus
- Solid hands-on experience with the C
