Overview
In this role, you will support the Global Workplace and Real Estate strategy across Headquarters and affiliates, ensuring consistent standards and evolving employee-facing services. You will serve as the main contact for affiliates on workplace organization, office layouts, and experience initiatives, guiding workplace transformation, relocations, and change management. You'll drive data-driven decisions through portfolio evaluations and KPI monitoring, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across locations. Responsabilità
- Develop, maintain, and deploy Global Workplace Guidelines
- Coordinate information collection for long-term planning and portfolio opportunities
- Promote adoption of standards across affiliates and provide advisory support
- Lead workplace governance, KPIs,



and reporting alongside cross-functional teams
- Support initiatives to improve employee workplace experience and collect feedback
- Coordinate surveys, analyze feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards and management reporting on workplace metrics
- Manage centralized knowledge base for workplace, office, and project data
- Collaborate with HR, Facility Management, Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering and local offices
- Support real estate evaluations, office scouting, and project delivery across affiliates
- Coordinate with external real estate advisors and stakeholders during search and acquisition processes
- Ensure alignment with green building principles, wellbeing, and inclusive design

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in relevant disciplines (stated)
- 3-6 years of experience in Workplace/Facility Management, Corporate Services, Real Estate or Consulting
