What You’ll Do:
- Support German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient assistance with a customer-first mindset.




- Work closely with an international team to deliver outstanding service.
- Contribute to process improvements and communication enhancements.

What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous customer support experience is welcome but not required.
