We are looking for a Key Account Manager (OEM) to join our team and become the trusted commercial partner for our most strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. In this role, you will drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and work closely with R&D; and Product Management teams to deliver tailored lubrication solutions that support our customers' success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with strategic OEM customers.

• Identify and convert new business opportunities to support sustainable sales growth.

• Collaborate with R&D; and Product Development teams to create customized customer solutions.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics, translating insights into business opportunities.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals, manage complex negotiations and secure profitable agreements.

• Deliver sales, margin and customer satisfaction targets.

• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and business objectives.

• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.
