Manage and update the Omnichannel Journal - our internal retail newsletter, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels and stakeholders
Collaborate cross functionally and cross country to define targeted, store specific action plans aligned with business priorities
Visit stores to support the implementation, validation, and on field execution of defined action plans
Support the development of effective and efficient performance improvement initiatives in close cooperation with Retail teams (Operations, Training, After Sales)
Define and maintain dedicated standards and routines for store performance monitoring,



including specific focus areas such as discount analysis, personal shopper activity, top clients, and best client advisors
Analyze stores' performance and support the Retail Managers, providing qualitative insights and follow-up
Coordinate 360° omnichannel and retail projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution
Own and maintain the Retail Calendar in close collaboration with the Marketing team
Ensure clear project status updates by meeting with internal retail stakeholders
Manage Purchase Orders related to retail activities (training, retail CAPEX, mall activations)
Support Retail Travel planning and contribute to Retail Budget monitoring, with a focus on training initiatives
Plan and coordinate in-person Store Managers Meetings, ensuring effective organization and follow-up

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or related fields
~2-4 years of experience in retail performance, r
