We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team, who will be
responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting
leaders in organizational challenges, and promoting a positive corporate
culture.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

* Support organizational change processes, such as restructurings or new
tools implementation, ensuring a smooth transition

* Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies
and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business

* Collect and analyze employee data and metrics, such as turnover rate and
employee satisfaction

* Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention,
compensation and benefits

* Utilize HR management systems to track employee development and career
progression

* Contribute to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive work
environment through targeted initiatives and actions

* Produce reports and analysis, and present the results to business leaders to
enable informed decision-making
