As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team.

Your role at HFM:
• Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
• Travels to various LATAM markets to lead events.
• Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
• Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
• Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements:




• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries
• Experience working in or with LATAM markets (a strong advantage)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
