You will drive Industry 4.0 adoption across the plant network, including MES rollout, predictive maintenance, and production data analytics, and lead network optimisation initiatives to improve cost-to-serve and lead times across European and export markets.

You will build and lead a team of operations excellence managers and continuous improvement engineers, standardise lean methodology (5S, Kaizen, TPM) across plants,

and partner with plant directors on capacity planning and capital investment cases. You will also lead supplier development and quality programmes for a network of specialist component suppliers.
