What You’ll Do
As a Management Consultant in Manufacturing & Operations, you will:
- Conduct operational diagnoses from site visits and data-analysis
- Define actionable improvement plans working side‑by‑side with client teams on the shop floor and in the boardroom
- Build models to quantify benefits and track value realization
- Support implementation and set governance structures that ensure rapid decision‑making and accountability
- Prepare executive‑level communications that turn complex analysis into clear, pragmatic recommendations

What You’ll Need
- Four to eight years of experience, ideally a mix of consulting
