For our client, a structured and growing organization, we are looking for a Corporate Organization Expert. The role will report to the Corporate HR Manager and will support projects related to organizational design and compensation policies, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines and compliance with regulations. Support the design and update of organizational models, organizational charts and job descriptions.
Assist in process analysis and improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the definition and implementation of compensation policies and MBO systems.
Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
Degree in Economics or Management.
Knowledge of organizational design methodologies and compensation systems.
Previous experience in HR organization or compensation roles; Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
