Our client, a full-service law firm, is looking for a Trusts & Estates Associate. Schedule: Hybrid 3/2
Estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate litigation.
Research and learn complex rules of gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax.
3-5ish years of experience in a law firm
~ Experience or desire to learn irrevocable trusts, SLAT trusts, and asset protection.
~ Experience dealing with inbound foreign investment in the U.S. by non-resident aliens or dealing with outbound planning in foreign countries by U.Tax experience, or experience dealing with the IRS
