The Opportunity: As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Core Europe Commercial Team, taking full ownership of an assigned customer portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director Sales, you will work within the international Value Channel team and be part of the Value Channel leadership team. Within this team you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
What Your Impact Will Be Take ownership of the day-to-day relationship and commercial performance of your assigned retail accounts
Develop and execute customer-specific joint business plans to unlock growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and analyzing business performance through sell-in/sell-out data, Circana market insights, and KPI tracking
Drive brand visibility and commercial success by developing compelling promotional offers and executing impactful brand activation plans across both in-store and online channels
Partner closely with retail customers and internal stakeholders to plan, optimize, and execute promotions and marketing initiatives, particularly in collaboration with Brand Management and Trade Marketing
Manage the customer product portfolio, including Sales forecasting, promo planning, and close coordination with Supply Chain to ensure product availability
Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and lead prici
