Customer Support Specialist with Italian and English

As an Italian Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales initiatives and ensuring efficient case resolution. You will move to Lisbon or Porto, in Portugal, as part of the role, with an excellent relocation package. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Deliver high-quality customer support for:
Provide inbound sales support by promoting products and identifying opportunities to increase customer value
Manage customer orders and requests, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in CRM systems
Proactively update customers on case progress and resolutions to maximize satisfaction
Resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Contribute to quarterly sales targets while maintaining outstanding service quality




Native or fluent Italian (C1–C2 level)
Good command of English
A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling customer concerns
Confidence using multiple systems, tools, and CRM platforms
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
On-site position in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
