defines and promotes projects for continuous improvement of methods and technologies installed in the Frames production plant.
Engineering Specialist main goals are analyzing production processes and activating projects aimed to optimize performances, in terms of capability, OEE, quality, level of service. He/she supports the introduction of new products and collaborates with the Automation dept. Provides technical support, direction, and guidance on improvement of technology, processes, and equipment reliability to support capacity, capability, and improvements to deliver service and quality results.
Provides support in organizing and managing manufacturing workflows and resources.
Propose upgrade to systems and processes with new technology or materials.
Manage the development of manufacturing and testing processes for new products introduction.
