The role requires a balanced approach between strategic coordination and hands‑on execution, ensuring that all work environments meet high standards in terms of functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of company facilities, including offices, systems, and infrastructurePlan, coordinate, and supervise refurbishment, renovation, and space optimization projectsManage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiencyMonitor and control facility-related budgets and expendituresEnsure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupport the continuous improvement of workplace standards and operational processesAct as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters across the organizationRequirementsProven experience in facility management,
